- Liability – the organisers or anyone acting on their behalf accept no liability whatsoever for loss injury, or damage to any animal, property, persons, or vehicle how so ever caused
- The judges decision is final
- Strictly no lunging
- Horses should not be left unattended when tethered
- Children must be kept under close supervision at all times
- Dogs welcome but on leads at all times
